FAQ

  • On your scheduled day and time, your cleaners will arrive and get started right away. Simply let them know if there's an area you want them to tackle first or an area that needs extra attention. Once they are done, you'll walk through with them to make sure everything was cleaned to your satisfaction.

  • You don't need to clean prior to our arrival, but we do ask that you clear floors of items, such as toys or clothes, and clear flat surfaces, such as countertops and tables, of things like dishes, important documents, or other loose items. Other items such as decorations or countertop appliances can stay in place. We will clean under or around those as we go. If you'd like us to make up one of the beds, please wash sheets and comforters prior to our arrival.

  • No. We provide all the cleaning supplies including vacuum, mop, and trash bags. If you have certain products you'd like us to use, you may provide those to us upon arrival.

  • We understand that life happens and that you may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule. We ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice otherwise you will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

  • Payment is due on the day of service by credit card, cash, or Venmo.

  • Yes! We offer discounts on both biweekly and weekly recurring services.


  • At the end of your cleaning, we will walk through your home or business with you to make sure everything was cleaned to your satisfaction. If something isn't right, just let us know and we will fix it on the spot.

  • We love pets! Please let us know ahead of time if you have pets. If pets are not friendly to new people or may try to escape, please secure pets away from areas you'd like cleaned. We use pet-friendly products, so you never have to worry about your pet's safety. For the health and safety of our cleaners, we do not clean up after sick pets or pet accidents.
